Refor\u00e7o da disponibilidade e proximidade dos Servi\u00e7os de Sa\u00fade \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o da Guin\u00e9-Bissau\u201d<\/em>, iniciado em janeiro de 2024, quer alargar a disponibilidade de servi\u00e7os e de informa\u00e7\u00e3o em sa\u00fade a qualquer cidad\u00e3o, t\u00e9cnico de sa\u00fade ou agente de sa\u00fade comunit\u00e1ria em todo o territ\u00f3rio guineense. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;15px&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;40px|||||&#8221;]<\/p>\n<div class=\"xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>Este projeto surge no seguimento do trabalho dinamizado pelo centro de atendimento telef\u00f3nico para a COVID-19, coordenado pela <a href=\"https:\/\/vida.org.pt\">ONGD VIDA<\/a> entre 2020 e 2022, com o financiamento do PNUD, e em parceria com o Alto Comissariado COVID-19 da Guin\u00e9-Bissau, que se demonstrou particularmente importante pela capacidade de aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o, assegurando o acesso a servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade especializados, em plena pandemia COVID-19, de uma forma simples e gratuita, sem a necessidade de desloca\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Feito o balan\u00e7o do servi\u00e7o prestado em conjunto com as entidades nacionais de Sa\u00fade e parceiros internacionais, revelou-se un\u00e2nime a necessidade de dar continuidade a este tipo de servi\u00e7o em sa\u00fade, sendo que <strong>85% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o guineense tem acesso a rede m\u00f3vel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;15px&#8221; min_height=&#8221;217px&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;19px|||||&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Entre julho e setembro 2024, a equipa da Linha de Sa\u00fade 24h recebeu <strong>um total de 2615 chamadas<\/strong>, das quais <strong>42% foram consideradas v\u00e1lidas<\/strong> no \u00e2mbito do servi\u00e7o prestado por este servi\u00e7o telef\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por dia,<\/strong> equivale a uma <strong>m\u00e9dia de 31 chamadas atendidas<\/strong> e de<strong> 12 pessoas aconselhadas e\/ou encaminhadas<\/strong> para os respetivos servi\u00e7os\/autoridades competentes.<\/p>\n<p>As chamadas falsas t\u00eam ainda algum peso, sendo que<strong> 13,2% foram chamadas de esclarecimento<\/strong> acerca do funcionamento da LS24h \u2013 algo que podemos considerar natural, dado que a LS24h iniciou recentemente a sua atividade e existem d\u00favidas e quest\u00f5es por parte da popula\u00e7\u00e3o relativamente \u00e0s val\u00eancias e compet\u00eancias da mesma.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_3,1_3,1_3&#8243;
