A programa\u00e7\u00e3o principal dividiu-se em 3 palcos \u2013 Ur-GENTE, Centro de Artes C\u00e9nicas Transdisciplinar de Bissau, Centro Cultural Franco Bissau Guineense e Centro Cultural Portugu\u00eas. Ligando a cria\u00e7\u00e3o art\u00edstica tradicional e contempor\u00e2nea local \u00e0 cena art\u00edstica internacional, deu especial \u00eanfase a produ\u00e7\u00f5es, criadores e agentes que atuam nos nossos territ\u00f3rios comuns, crioulos, lus\u00f3fonos e franc\u00f3fonos.<\/p>\n<p>Os espet\u00e1culos internacionais sobressa\u00edram pela multiplicidade de g\u00e9neros art\u00edsticos, tem\u00e1ticas e naturezas, ocupando espa\u00e7os formais e informais da cidade: <strong><em>\u201cAs Palavras de J\u00f3\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, trazidas pelo Saaraci Coletivo Teatral (Cabo Verde, Brasil, Portugal);
