VIDA \u2013 Voluntariado Internacional para o Desenvolvimento Africano \u2013 <\/strong>\u00e9 uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o-governamental portuguesa, sem fins lucrativos e de Utilidade P\u00fablica, criada em 1992 e registada junto do Minist\u00e9rio dos Neg\u00f3cios Estrangeiros sob o n\u00famero 8296\/98.<\/p>\n

A VIDA existe para ajudar as pessoas a desenvolverem as suas capacidades e o potencial da terra onde vivem, com vista a um desenvolvimento humano sustentado e justo.<\/p>\n

Queremos tomar parte ativa do processo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o do futuro onde a esperan\u00e7a, acesso \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o de cuidados b\u00e1sicos e a melhoria da qualidade de vida, se tornam, cada vez mais, pr\u00f3ximos e alcan\u00e7\u00e1veis \u00e0s popula\u00e7\u00f5es mais pobres do mundo.<\/p>\n

Reunindo um forte e consolidado capital de experi\u00eancias e conhecimentos de mais de 3 d\u00e9cadas, a VIDA tem por miss\u00e3o criar, propor e implementar projetos que surgem da identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das necessidades mais prementes das popula\u00e7\u00f5es com quem trabalha.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 com base neste know-how que nos propomos criar uma rede de parceiros e doadores que nos ajudem a colmatar estas necessidades e criar condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais atrav\u00e9s da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus agentes locais. O objetivo \u00e9 sempre, atrav\u00e9s de uma metodologia extens\u00edvel, o de tornar as interven\u00e7\u00f5es sustent\u00e1veis no tempo e no espa\u00e7o, capacitando as popula\u00e7\u00f5es e valorizando os recursos naturais.<\/p>\n

Atrav\u00e9s do levantamento das necessidades imediatas, procura-se uma resposta pronta e adequada \u00e0s car\u00eancias identificadas e \u00e0 necessidades de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e dignidade que cada pessoa ou comunidade solicita para poder viver plenamente as suas capacidades<\/p>\n

A metodologia de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o baseia-se no empowerment<\/em> dos agentes existentes. Com curso m\u00e9dio em Contabilidade, Ol\u00e1lio Trindade iniciou-se como professor de Matem\u00e1tica em Suzana, na Guin\u00e9-Bissau, tendo posteriormente assumido o cargo de respons\u00e1vel de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e gestor de dados relativos \u00e0 epidemia de c\u00f3lera em 2005 com a M\u00e9dicos Sem Fronteiras Guin\u00e9-Bissau. Em 2012, iniciou o trabalho com a VIDA no projecto \u201cVIVA Mumelamu\u201d e, desde ent\u00e3o, tem assumido fun\u00e7\u00f5es de promotor de sa\u00fade e financeiro de diversos projetos da VIDA na regi\u00e3o de Cacheu. Desde agosto de 2020, \u00e9 representante da VIDA na Guin\u00e9-Bissau.<\/p>\n

Licenciada em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Inf\u00e2ncia, frequentou a p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Teoria e Pr\u00e1tica da Interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o na Universidade de Santiago de Compostela e o mestrado em Teatro e Comunidade, no Instituto Superior de Teatro e Cinema (ULisboa). Em Timor-Leste, junto do Cam\u00f5es IP, concetualizou e implementou um projeto de desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias lingu\u00edsticas e expressivas em L\u00edngua Portuguesa atrav\u00e9s do teatro. Desde 2010, trabalha na Guin\u00e9-Bissau, onde colaborou com diferentes organiza\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o governamentais e educativas, com especial enfoque na forma\u00e7\u00e3o e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de p\u00fablicos adultos e infantis. \u00c9 coordenadora do projeto “Ur-GENTE – Centro de Artes C\u00e9nicas Transdisciplinar de Bissau”.<\/p>\n

Formado em Medicina pela Universidade Federal de Alagoas (Brasil), especializou-se em Microbiologia no mestrado, doutoramento (Universidade Federal de Cear\u00e1) e no p\u00f3s-doutoramento (Universidade do Porto). \u00c9 membro do grupo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Microbiologia M\u00e9dica Aplicada na Universidade Federal do Cear\u00e1. Para al\u00e9m da experi\u00eancia em contexto cl\u00ednico, fez parte do Alto Comissariado para a Covid-19 na Guin\u00e9-Bissau e no Projeto de Sa\u00fade Bandim (BHP \u2013 Bandim Health Project). Em 2021, assumiu a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Call Center para a Covid-19, operacionalizado pela VIDA. Atualmente coordena o projeto \u201cLinha de Sa\u00fade 24h – Refor\u00e7o da disponibilidade e proximidade dos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o da Guin\u00e9-Bissau\u201d.<\/p>\n
