A VIDA faz compromissos com as comunidades com quem trabalha de m\u00e9dio-longo prazo. Um \u00fanico projeto, com a dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 2 a 3 anos, \u00e9 insuficiente para melhorar de forma sustent\u00e1vel a vida das pessoas.<\/span><\/p>\n

A continuidade nos relacionamentos criados fortalece a confian\u00e7a e ajuda a solidificar o processo de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos. A erradica\u00e7\u00e3o da pobreza precisa de muito tempo e de muito trabalho em conjunto.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projetos integrados<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Os projetos consistem, numa primeira fase, na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades para colmatar necessidades b\u00e1sicas. Ap\u00f3s a perman\u00eancia junto dos comunidades benefici\u00e1rias, e a partir da partilha dos problemas e desafios existentes, iniciamos projetos integrados que re\u00fanem atividades complementares imprescind\u00edveis para o desenvolvimento integral das pessoas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por exemplo, para aumentar a produtividade de um campo de cultivo familiar, a VIDA promove atividades como a forma\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea agr\u00edcola, o acesso a campos de demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o com variedades adaptadas, a novas culturas acess\u00edveis \u00e0s fam\u00edlias e a sementes, apoia na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de po\u00e7os, realiza a\u00e7\u00f5es de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para a sa\u00fade familiar, promove a articula\u00e7\u00e3o com os servi\u00e7os de extens\u00e3o rural, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Todos os projetos que a VIDA implementa s\u00e3o realizados com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das pessoas benefici\u00e1rias. O primeiro passo \u00e9 uma reflex\u00e3o conjunta sobre a situa\u00e7\u00e3o existente para, de seguida, procurar identificar as suas causas e dar in\u00edcio ao tra\u00e7ar de solu\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00e3o ouvir os benefici\u00e1rios das a\u00e7\u00f5es seria ignorar os seus interesses, ambi\u00e7\u00f5es e necessidades, que s\u00e3o a chave para a erradica\u00e7\u00e3o da pobreza.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trabalho em parceria e com pessoal local<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

As parcerias criadas nos pa\u00edses onde\u00a0a VIDA trabalha s\u00e3o de dois tipos: a primeira, tenta atrav\u00e9s de um parceiro local e equipas locais, implementar os projetos de uma forma mais efetiva, uma vez que o conhecimento sobre a realidade \u00e9 total, sendo desse modo, facilitado o processo de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e uso dos recursos. Por outro lado, o segundo tipo de parcerias s\u00e3o realizadas com institui\u00e7\u00f5es e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, que sejam especialistas em \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas de interven\u00e7\u00e3o, como a sa\u00fade ou a agricultura, e que participam pontualmente numa atividade ou de forma integrada com contributos para os projetos na sua \u00e1rea de especializa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n
